Hello everyone.  I am new to the forum, but am not new to BBQ.  I have been BBQ'ing for over 20 years and am still learning.  I am getting ready to start my BBQ catering business.  I make and sell my own BBQ sauce and rubs.  I am in Greensburg PA which is about 40 mins from Pittsburgh.  I am a huge Notre Dame fan.
