Just joined, recommend by a friend. Heard this was a great community of people with alot of info for newbies. From michigan. Ive been smoking for 2 or so yrs now, started with the soft drugs, grilling burgers, dogs etc. Graduated to hardcore drugs of smoked pork n beef products. I have had great results using an offset smoker cooking mostly shoulders and ribs, with the occasional brisket or tri tip. Big fan of apple, mulberry, and hickory taste. Hope to learn some new tips n tricks from everyone!
