My sous chef asked to do a pork loin on the Minitisserie. Sure why not.

Ooh yeah, that's awesome. He's really involved. Going to be a nice night for you guys. That's great your kids have such an interest in this.
 
Nice Job! Good to start them early, though he looks a little young for that Tattoo!

 I started training my girls at 2. They thought pounding meat was so much fun. All three can cook and the older two are Pro Chef's...JJ

I thought the same thing about the tattoo then my son run by with 3 of them. Lol.
