Like many of you, I have a passion for Bbq and food and my little hobby has turned into a busy job.  We are a couple of families that enjoy putting out great food.  We are located in Centre, AL.  We use a Pitmaker trailer.  I would suggest if you haven't tried one, to do so as quickly as possible.  It is a pleasure to cook on it and it does everything the mfg. claims it will do.
