The Beginning of Home Grown Chili Powder

  1. Picked the last of the various peppers this morning as we'll probably get frost tonight.


    On a rack and into the smoker to roast, here's about 2 hours in:


    Going to roast some more and then into the dehydrator for a while. Stay tuned...

    Just did the same thing the other day. Everything is packed and frozen now for use this winter.
     
  3. I'm still not sure what I'll use all of it for yet. I'm sure it'll be handy for making chili this fall/winter.
