exactly.  Every weekend when smoking something I find myself thanking this place for anything to how the food turned out to how the smoker actually performed.  I find myself smoking something every weekend just so I can try out something new I learned on here.

Now that's exactly what Jeff (the founder) wanted when he started this site. Some place that could and would teach anyone how to smoke meat or anything that you could dream of to put in the smoker. Now I have been here for a while now and I have learned alot. But it's nice to teach/show /explain how to smoke this or that. It make me feel good to help others.
