My name is Todd Buchanan and I use a 6 rack digital Bradley smoker. I noticed some bad reviews but I for one love mine and have had no problems. I am a professional taxidermist and enjoy processing game meat and the whole wildgame cooking. I am now experimenting with summer sausage and snack sticks.
