I have lived in Western Kentucky for over 20 years now. I am married with a beautiful daughter and a 12 gauge waiting! :)

I just found out about this forum and so far I love it.

I have an 13 year old brinkman smoke n pit that it in desperate need of help. Plan on refurbishing it this spring with just about new everything. I also have a Barrel style grill that I am using for just about everything now.

In February or March, I am planning on buying a Brinkman Trailmaster Vertical. And have been investigating the mods to be made to it.

I just like about everything smoke or cooked outdoors. Including using camp stoves to make my chili and stews outdoors.

DavidReynolds,
Welcome, from southern Ohio, to the best forum on the internet if you are looking to learn how to BBQ/smoke/brine/cure/inject. Well you get the picture if you can do it to something you put on a plate to eat then someone here has probably done it then smoked it. Use the search bar at the top of the page and you will be led to the answer to most every question you can think of. If you don't find the answer there then just post it and someone will chime in with their opinion on the subject.

Just in case you were wondering how this site works.
Here is a link to a FAQ for the site.
