Thanks for the inspiration

    Inspired by Worktogthr's thread I saw some rubs while shopping and bought them so time to buy some baby backs! Luckily they sell 3 pks at GFS. The rubs will be Sweet swine o'mine,Three little pigs touch of cherry and Tatonka Dust. Will be smoking on the WSM with cherry and pecan.

    Here they are rubbed added about a teaspoon and a half sugar to the Tatonka Dust rack.

    Here they are about two hours in temp holding around 235*F.:grilling_smilie:

    No need to apologize there's to many threads to not miss some!:biggrin: Thanks for the point!
    Finally coming down from my rib high, the Tatonka Dust was great, Sweet Rub of mine was pretty good(messed up on naming this one earlier) and the Three little pigs touch of cherry seemed to need more seasoning on the meat maybe it's old? I have used a different rub they make and I liked it in fact that's what I thought I grabbed until I got to the checkout. But if you got three racks to eat who can really complain!Thumbs Up
