Got a Masterbuilt 30" for Christmas and am totally enjoying it. My first beef brisket was okay, not what I was hoping for so I have spent a bunch of time reading posts here and taking notes. Tonight's brisket was exceptional and I just wanted to thank everybody for the information, knowledge and support. This is a great place to be to learn smoking! Thanks again!
