    Hello. My name is Dallas Autery. I am an American living full time in Mexico. My wife is Rocio, a Mexican. We have a Big Chief Smoker made by Smokehouse products. I am just learning how to use it. I have mainly done bone in chicken breasts. But also once a pork loin and once ribs. Looking forward to learning from the forum.

    thanks. Do you have a preferred marinade for bone in chicken breasts before smoking them?

    Welcome from SC. It's good to have you on this great site. Check out the newsletter archives. Jeff has a great buttermilk brine for chicken and turkeys. Really goves a great flavor.
