I live in New Hampshire. As a retiree I have every day to play with my smokers and BBQs. Currently I have a Traeger Lil Tex with cold smoker attached, a charcoal grill, a propane grill, my baby, a Master Built propane smoke box, and an Excalibur food dehydrator. Just vacuum-packed 10 pounds of jerky. In the past I have cured and smoked ham, bacon, and Canadian bacon. Always interested in new ideas and listening to others describe their efforts.
