Name is Kevin, new to this forum but have for about a year used several of the tips and thought I might as well join. I live in washington state, and enjoy smoking pretty much anything but have yet to master the techniques. Currently we are making different types of jerky from stripped eye rounds to ground and snack sticks loving all of the advice and feedback..... Than you
