Made the mix using dirtsailors recipe

Put each piece in the mix then bagged

Really need to find my firemans mask

Finally safe to breath LOL

Didn't take any oven pics

Here it is bagged, getting ready to vac seal some

You can not tell it is pork even looking at it

Cooking in the oven it did not smell

It looks fantastic Richie!

I haven't tried that recipe yet, I think I'm the only one who hasn't!

Do you normally do it in the smoker or dehydrator?

We had a 25 year old roof until last May. It was way past its prime, 15 year 3 tab. Had it torn off and replaced with 45 year arch. comp. Glad we didn't wait it could have been bad with all the snow and ice this year.

I really have to try this jerky.  Everyone seems to love it.

Points Richie.
