    Using lump hickory and chunks. 250* till they are ready. Big one in front is about 2.5# and one in back is almost 2#. Nice 90* day here in the panhandle of Texas.[​IMG] Happy smoking! More pics to follow!

    over cooked it a little to medium, but still juicy.
    decent smoke ring.
