  1. Im brand new to the forum but Ive been cooking for a couple years. I land somewhere between novice and decent, nowhere near pro. Im just starting to get into cookoffs and I love it. I can already see that Ive got a lot to learn though. Im from Stephenville Texas and look forward to learning from yall. So far my favorite things to cook that got the best rating from my brew crew judges are pulled pork and stuffed pork loin. Fire away if there is anything else you want to know.
