Im brand new to the forum but Ive been cooking for a couple years. I land somewhere between novice and decent, nowhere near pro. Im just starting to get into cookoffs and I love it. I can already see that Ive got a lot to learn though. Im from Stephenville Texas and look forward to learning from yall.
