Hello All,
I have a Char-Broil Sierra Smoker, BBQ & Grill. I usually smoke chicken and brisket. I have been grilling for years, but I consider myself a newbie. I want to build a smoke house to smoke hams and make ham jerky. I am able to harvest all of the wild pigs that I want. Are there any smoke house plans available?

Regards,
Bill
