Hello all, my name is mike and I'm from Texas, I'm 29, married and a father to an awesome little boy. I moved to Texas back in 2007 from Las Vegas. I figured why not try smoking.. I'm in Texas after all. Well now I'm hooked. Had my master forge vertical elec water smoker for maybe 5 days and already did some ribs, a whole chicken,chicken breasts and a need brisket. All turned out surprisingly well. I'm here to learn from the smoker gurus. Hope to get to know all of you soon!
