I was born in Austin and moved to Southern California. On a visit back to Austin I realized that I missed the BBQ and the southern hospitality more than anything. I decided since I cannot move the people out here I would be “that guy” with the great BBQ and the hospitality. The BBQ turned into an almost full time hobby!

I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge and learning from everyone else.

One thing you need to know about us is that we like to see pictures of your creations and your gear.  We call it Q-View and its basically the

Great set up you have there!  Do I see a Dutch Oven in the bottom of the q-view?
