I have been trolling this site for the past few weeks and have been aww struck. This is the most comprehensive forum about smoking meat I have found. It seems everyone on here is quick to respond to questions and just help out in anyway they can. For that I commend y'all. I am in the Copperfield area of Houston, Texas. My smoker of choice is the Brinkman Trailmaster Limited edition. I recieved it as a birthday gift and it has re-born my love for smoking meat.
