Hiya gang!
I been checkin' out the site a few days. Seems to be a great group of folks. If ya don't mind, I will hang out a while and try to learn from ya. I have recently retired in east Texas and now have time for more smoking and grillin'.

I have a New Braunfels Bandera offset wood smoker, 2 electric torpedo smokers, and a stainless 4-burner Jenn-air, plus a few fish cookers, and turkey fryers. Oh yeah and a disc fajita cooker.

I enjoy cooking with oak, hickory, and mesquite when available.

I look forward to raising my skill level.

Welcome to SMF, JoyJack! It sounds like you're well-equipped to smoke for a small army.

Remember .... Just because one has an abundance of equipment,
doesn't mean he knows how to use it as well as it can be used.
I fit in that category.

Deb .. I was just funnin' with ya and biding my time.

I will update the location info soon
