How was the smoke...did you have any stalls etc?  I done a little 4 flat cut that stalled like crazy on me. lol  I keep eyeballing those packers at wally world!

Dean, the smoke was Hickory chunks, The brisket took about 9 hours (no stall) and in the cooler for 2 hours from Wally World 
 
Nice!  I have only done 1 brisky but looking forward to the next.  What is the secret to getting bark like that (if you don't mind me asking)?

Chomper, Thanks for the nice!

I think I get the bark from the rub, the smoker temp, no spritz and no foil for the whole smoke.
