Dean, the smoke was Hickory chunks, The brisket took about 9 hours (no stall) and in the cooler for 2 hours from Wally WorldThat does look tasty! The bark looks great too!
How was the smoke...did you have any stalls etc? I done a little 4 flat cut that stalled like crazy on me. lol I keep eyeballing those packers at wally world!
