Hello all, I am Dennis from Chattanooga TN. I am very very new to this wonderful art of smoking. I have been smoking here and there for about a year on a small smoker I bought from SAMS. I have quickly learned that these cheap smokers are difficult to cook with. The temps just dont hold. I have recently purchased a 120 gallon vertical propane tank that I plan on using to build another smoker with. Seeing as I am in the design phase I was hoping you all could help out with some ideas of which way I should go with it. Thanks for any help you can give.
