Grilled tenderloin steaks on the weber kettle last night. It was fun because you can custom-cut each person's steak... I took orders just before beginning, and customized each in thickness and spice. But the results, while certainly very good, were not awesome. A couple months ago I grilled two good porterhouse steaks on the CGSP side firebox; those were perhaps the best steaks I've ever had. Next time, that's what I'll do for company. Because they deserve the best!
