Tenderloin for Dinner

  1. We were hosting dinner for 12 so decided to fire up the smoker. Settled on pork tenderloin that we picked up at Costco.

    Used Jeff's Naked Rub on 2 and SPOG on the other 2.

    Into the Masterbuilt with a mix of pecan and apple chunks for the smoke.

    About 2 hours, smoked to an IT of 142* F, wrapped in foil to rest until time to slice up and serve.

    Final product, moist and tender goodness!

  5. Thanks all, and yes Gary, everyone seemed to like it. Sliced up 3 of the 4 and all of it was gone.
