temp. stall

doing a batch of bacon for the first time   2 hrs with maple  130 deg.  raised temp to 160 deg.  IT stalled at 142 and there it sits  been 3 hrs and no movement  using maverick  for box and meat temp  smoking in BDS   any help here would be welcome  thanks.

Also felt kind of bad for the guy. Posted in roll call, then asked for help with his bacon and got no responses. Hasn't posted since. I'm sure he's long gone but maybe he'll see this and give us an update on the bacon.

For future reference, you rarely can get the temp of the meat to within 15 degrees of the smoker/oven temp..... If you are still hanging around the forum.... why would you want to cook bacon to that temp...

Ahhhhhh now I get it!! Pretty funny! I have noticed the hallways in my apartment building have started to smell like a Grateful Dead show on weekend nights.
