Temp probe for pit temps

Looking to find a temp probe for the pit that will handle higher temps.

Looking to find a temp probe for the pit that will handle higher temps.
I get mine at WalMart, usually priced around 13-16 dollars. The dial registers 550°F, is about 2" in diameter and has a threaded stem with a lock nut to attach to the pit lid or door. You will need to drill a 7/8" inch hole to install it.
