temp for corned beef

  1. I am making ruebens tomorrow just with pre marinated corned beef. When I made brisket for the sake of brisket I didn't pull until I hit 190 and the poke test went very well at that teMp. Should I do the same or pull at 165 like I see and hear some people doing?
