Temp control

Sorry if this is posted somewhere else, I did I few searches and didn't see anything. I am looking for advise on temp control. I would like to find a thermometer that does meat readings, ambient temp of smoker, and also attached fan to keep the temp constant. I know this maybe asking a lot from one device but would be amazing. If this isn't an option looking for suggestions for vent fans. I have a Dyna-glo vertical offset smoker.
