Hello everyone,
I am a 36-year-old teacher/coach from Indiana. I've been cooking outside for the last five years. I graduated from a Weber Kettle to a WSM and now a BGE. I tend to cook outside at least 5-6 days a week especially the two months I'm off during the summer.
I'm looking forward to learning a lot from everyone and I'm thankful for having a forum to express my meat concerns!
