TBS is rolling.. Butt (pork LOL) is on..

    Here is the butt I have going, it is rubbed with Jeff's rub.

    I have Ribs going on next but camara battries went dead as soon as I snppped the last pix of smoker... [​IMG] So off to the store I am running.. I am trying the spriz of captian morgans spiced rum and cherry juice this time. We will see how it turns out.

    I can safely predict a great outcome based upon the smoke configuration LOL!

    Here is the ribs,if I can get this picture thing working... lol I pulled the Butt at 155 and placed in a 230 oven to finish... Starting to rain [​IMG] and wind is blowing pretty hard, but hey i have ribs that has to be done.. so Off with the butt and on with the Ribs....[​IMG]

    The only bone is the ones you see on the ends of the meat. They called these Texas style.. You can see the bones on the bottom rack and the rest is meat to the right, they are about 1 1/2" to 2" thick.. Still think I ought to do the 2-2-1 or 3-2-1 method or would you do them like a loin? Thanks...

    TBS is for sure rollin, Q view the finished product for us also!! Looks sunny and smoke is straight outta the stack. NICE

    Well dont let the looks fool ya, right after I took them the weather went bad, Wind picked up, and rain started... [​IMG]

    Well Ribs turned out very dry. Dont know why because I used a water bowl instead of my sand and I kept them spritzed about every 45 min. Butt was great as normal, I took it to mom's so I didnt get to pull it and take any pix's of it. Hope when I try spares out next time they are a flop or I will be getting rid of my rib rack......
