    Awesome! I had never considered putting the potato in with the meat to form the meat ball. We do sub the potatoes for noodles and rice all the time though. The sauce, how easy is that, yummm! This one is going in the file, will make an excellent dutch oven dish during cold elk camp!

    It's good stuff for sure, Pard - the only thing better than looking at it is smelling it and tasting it, so give it a try!
