Hi,
My name is Dave Stout and live in Frederick, CO. I have been smoking meat with a propane smoker for years. Recently I purchased a Treager 075 and a whole new world has opened up for me.
I am now on a quest to become a CBJ then Master judge and Table Captain. With luck and a little courage, I plan to start competeing this year. I look forward to meeting all of you.

Welcome Dave to SMF. We would love to see some of your qview especially with that background and ambition

Welcome, Glad to have you with us. This is the place to learn, lots of good info and helpful friendly Members.

For Those of you New to Smoking, be sure to check out Jeff's 5 Day Smoking Basics eCourse.

How to post Qview to Forum:

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

Everyone here enjoys seeing the Qview so be sure to post plenty of pics...

Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.
