Just came back from a bit of fishing with a nice crappie and a small catfish. Have my regular rub on them but decided to make use of the leftover bait (yes it is fresh!) chicken breast. Had no rub or seasonings on hand to smoke the chicken but...... Taco bells fire sauce packets. Marinated them for about 30 min. Hope it goes well!!

Sounds great......

I have a bad habbit of using different sauces or rubs people give me or I pick up and not knowing how to recreate something that actually worked out really well.....

Sounds great. I'll try thay one...

may I suggest one...

I absolutely love Chilpolte Chiles in Adobe Sauce. I have used the Adobo as you have and the Chix goes wild with Happiness.

You said you did the fish too ; forget a rub on fish, try spreading the Adobo on them ; outstanding flavor for Fish (well , Cats and Bass anyhow).

Have fun and . . .
