15 lb bird slathered with butter, paprika, and spog. Took about 7 hrs then I put it under the broiler for a few minutes to crisp it. Meal included stuffing, green bean casserole, squash, mashed taters, cranberry sauce, and of coarse when smoking a turkey you also have to have chef Jimmy's smokey gravy.
Too much smoke??? Lol
 
Looks like a very fine meal.  Your post made me smile.  I have been in England now for almost 15 years.  It has been about that long since I had green bean casserole.  It was never my favorite dish but is funny what you miss when away from home.  Thanks for posting.  Good looking bird.  Keep Smokin!
