That works or some other vegie like spinach or other greens. I'm mostly a meat eater don't care much for vegie's

I swore off brussell sprouts as a kid when my Mom would always boil them and they were always bitter.  My friends talked me into trying them again doing something besides boiling.  This is definitely looking like the most delicious way to do them so I'm giving it a go tonight.  Thanks for the recipe!
