I salted a couple of t-bones today. Been reading about it and figured I'd give it try. I left the kosher salt on for 1 1/2 hours and rinsed, let dry and coated in steak sauce. I smoked at 250* with hickory until medium, no therm today just the good old guesswork. I found a can of beenee weenee's and gave them  a douse of my habanero  bbq sauce  . Enjoy

That certainly looks like a great piece of meat... Where I'm from, we call that a "Man Meal"... Big piece of meat with beans or potato... Not a salad in sight... HOOAH!!!

Funny ya said that, I had it's mate with red tater salad tonight, the kind with sour cream and dill. Great stuff!
