I salted a couple of t-bones today. Been reading about it and figured I'd give it try. I left the kosher salt on for 1 1/2 hours and rinsed, let dry and coated in steak sauce. I smoked at 250* with hickory until medium, no therm today just the good old guesswork. I found a can of beenee weenee's and gave them a douse of my habanero bbq sauce . Enjoy
