Picked up 2 racks last night for $1.89 lb. Put salt, garlic and onion powder on and let set for about 30 minutes while getting smoker ready. Rubbed down with mustard then BBQ rub. Smoked at 235 with hickory for 2 hours. Baised every 30 minutes with 1 part apple juice, water and cedar vinegar, tablespoon of the rub. Wrapped in foil after I put some brown sugar and honey on and cooked 2 hours. Removed from foil and painted with BBQ sauce. Cooked 30 minutes. Came out awesome. Very sweet taste and tender. Only critique would be lite on smoke. Rub is on. Fixing to mop. Ready to serve.
