I have been creating my own sausages for a few years now and I want to take my sausage skills to another level. So I decided to look into cold smoking. We have all this lovely game here in Sweden as I want to do different wursts and other meats of.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
