I am a Navy Chaplain in Virginia, and I am super psyched about smoking meat. I have had a couple of buddies in the last couple of years who enjoyed the craft. I am now taking up the mantle...er...uh...apron. I purchased a used Brinkmann horizontal smoker with offset. It's a little worn, but I am looking forward to touching it up and putting it to good use. I have much to learn about the process, and I look forward to learning from the SMF community. Let the smoke and the good times roll!
