Hey guys,

A guy I work with gave me a gallon bag of dried super chili.  I'm planning on making sausage next weekend.  Any good ideas of what i can do with this?  Anyone have any good recipes?  I'm not shy of trying anything..

Thanks

Mark

Hello.  According to the scale, these peppers are in the cayenne pepper ( Tabasco ) range.  So about twice as hot as serrano peppers.  Crushed red peppers are actually usually a blend of peppers so those super chilis will be hotter.  So long as you keep that in mind I see no reason you can't use them in place of crushed red pepper in any good recipe.  Hope this helps.  Keep Smokin!
