    Here's he latest, some baby backs from target, $2.99/ pound last week.









    In at 11:00, using apple and a tiny bit of jack Daniel's chips...

    Looking good! I threw a few slabs of backs on myself about an hour ago! Hickory and oak here.

  9. Ribs look good man!  You got some piles of snow out there! Jeezzz....

    I got a friend that has one of those llittle smokers. That thing works great! He uses it weekly... Nice little unit.

    Nice Thermometer too, BTW!

    Thanks, these were good. I've got another 4 racks in the freezer...

    I can't stress enough how important a good thermometer is. I got it for brewing where fine control (+\- 2 degrees is important).
