Hey all. New to posting here, thought I would share some qview of last Sundays Feast. I first brined the featherless beast, then smoked it around 6 hours. I think I temp held out around 300 degrees. This was my first Turkey, and first real smoker. Previously, I had been smoking on my propane grill with the offset method.






It was just as yummy as it looks!
 
Looks like it turned out great Chad, beautiful color on the bird.
Points to you for a successful first smoke on the new smoker.

Honest! Never have smoked a bird. I can send you the remanants.. might be kinda nasty when you get'm though! LOL

Once you try smoked turkey there is no turning back. It looks great...
