Sunday Smoke

  1. Smoking today we have, babybacks,beef ribs and a fatty stuffed with bacon, green pepper and onions,colby/jack cheese. 1 1/2 hours in and it starts pouring rain, oh well, we really need the rain here. Dryer than a popcorn fart. I'll post more Q-views later.

  2. Fatty is done, cooked up some eggs, fatty is half gone already, family loves it. Ribs are foiled.

    That's why I love my Fattys, I could eat breakfast three meals a day. That looks great, what
    type of cheese did you use, do you need high temp to stuff one? All I've cooked is regular ones

    Daggum!! I shoulda fired up the smoker today! Instead I cooked dawgs for the church picnic. Your fatty is makin me hungry!! Guess I'll start planning next weekends smoke.

    Darn good lookin grub ya got going there.

  10. Blackhawk19, That is colby/jack cheese. As long as the roll is sealed up tight the cheese won't melt out. That bugger was mighty tasty.
