Today I am smoking 3 spareribs, 2 chickens, a onion and pepper bacn wrapped fatty and 10 ABT's here's a look enjoy.


heres the sausage rolled out (Tennesse Pride)

Then came the provolone, onions, peppers and mushrooms

Shot of the bacon weeve (with my wifes help)

MMMMMMM...rolled and ready for a nap in the fridge then off to the smoker

Couldnt resist making these with my own ABT holder.

Excellent fatty there, bud. Real nice looking chickens too, but I really like your trailer mounted smokah! Is that a custom you made? Looks real nice, congratulations.

Yeah, ditto to what everyone has said, looks like a great smoke-fest and I'm diggin' the homemade ABT holder. I'm puttin' that on my list. Great improvision.

for that. I like those ribs it's nice to see someone else that doesn't find the need to trim them and chickens look like they sure to come out looking fab. Are you in the fire dept or just have the shirt the wife is from sebastian and she asked. Oh shucks I forgot abiut the abt's you really covered all the bases with this meal
