So I prep'd some ribs this morning at 8 and let them rest in the fridge til about noon. Tossed on the smoker for 3 hours @225 then foiled for about 1.5 @ 260 then finished on the smoker for .5@260. Mother In Law called and wife told her I had the smoker going. Next thing I know these chicken breast show up to be smoked. Threw them on wrapped in bacon during the 1.5 of the ribs. To finish dinner off I took a can of cream corn and added salt and pepper. Then some heavy cream. Reduced it down. Boy was it good. Added some nice depth to the flavor. Propane tank ran out but I had a standby tank so all was good.

Thanks for looking.

Great looking Sunday Dinner there. Ribs, Chicken and Corn..I like. Thanks for the great Q-Views. The pullback on those ribs looks like you've got your rib technique dialed in.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. They were mighty tasty. Also was impressed with the GOSM the Thermometer in the door was spot on with what my digital said. I was surprised that it was still accurate.

Great looking smoke - ribs look great - Love the cream corn too
Thanks for posting
