    Looking good although personal preference I never wrap anything.keep it low and slow.

    They were the best ribs I've had in a while to be honest. I went dry (because my wife likes dry ribs the best) so they got to come off at 5 hours and they were perfect for me... They went a bit to long though if I was doing comp ribs they were just falling off the bones!
