Looks like a nice meal shaping up! What kind of rig are you cooking on? And is the bologna part of today's menu , or are you just doing that because you got the smoker going.?
Thanks guys! I'm cooking in an offset brinkmann. It leaks smoke like a sieve so I have to babysit it. And yes, smoked bologna sandwiches are on the menu, yum, yum! 2 & 1/2 hours in:
