Smoked 7.lbs of feather bones on the electric Brinkman smoker and smoked 3.lbs on the grill today using indirect heat. Finished them off in a roaster. Used Ted's magic rub, friend of mine makes good rub, used hickory and apple wood for a test run.

Richoso1, I have been trying to really get into smoking and after this weekend with the ABT's and the featherbones, which I have done for about two years now, I really have the itch to try some other things. I have some spare ribs waiting to be done up along with my first pork butt and many more ABT's!
 
That's what these were, I don't believe I have gotten a bad box of featherbones, knock on wood. Where in Omaha are you from?
