bone-in CSRs are hard to come by without ordering special in our area. Sometimes they can be found, but are mostly bone and no meat. I happened to be in, of all places, KMART the other day and these we're calling to me. Without a doubt, the nicest pack of these I've ever run across. Here they are after a 2 hour smoke and just before the crutch. Lathered 'em with Jeff's rub. We'll meet you at the plate.:grilling_smilie:
these came out fork tender perfect. Added some Sheds Spicy Mustard BBQ Sauce and couldn't ask for any better results. MES 30 between 230 & 240 for 2 hours in the smoke and 2 hours wrapped with some apple juice. Happy campers all around.
